1. Evolution: process that results in heritable
changes in a population spread over many generations.
2. Technology: the practical application of knowledge.
Also the only force capable of exceeding evolution.
3. Knowledge: the body of truth, information, and
principles acquired by mankind.
4. Brain: the only organ capable of acquiring
knowledge
5. Entropy: A measure of the disorder or
unavailability of energy within a closed system.
More entropy means less energy available for doing
work.
6. Resources: The amount of energy in the world
capable of use for work.
Extropian:
An Extropian is defined as one who seeks to
overcome human limits, live indefinitely long,
become more intelligent, and more self-creating.
An Extropian is a transhumanist who affirms the
values and attitudes codified and expressed
in The Extropian Principles. The term was derived
from the term "extropy" by Max More in 1988.
If "human limits" are limited to 'evolution', and
'technology' is the only force that can exceed
'evolution' we should devote all our 'resources' to
'technology'.
Given that everyone who is born consumes 'resources'
and the 'brain' is the only organ available to
human beings for the acquisition of 'knowledge',
mankind should maximize the use
of all human 'brains' to develop 'technology'.
We should educate everyone and automate everything,
to ensure efficient use of energy or our 'resources',
such that we can devote all of 'brain' power
to finding a solution to 'entropy'.
