Hey Max, how about throwing your hat in the ring?
There were articles in both the Chron and the Merc this morning
about how Enron manipulated energy markets to rob Taxifornia.
It totally went over their heads that the market manipulation was
done in Sacramento by the state "government" setting price caps.
So the power generators in the state sold their power elsewhere.
Some even bought power in Taxifornia under the price cap and
resold it outside the state where the cap didnt apply. What a
shock! Of course Enron made money both ways. I dont see
why they are not proposing prosecuting the energy market
manipulators in the state government. spike
