What, exactly, is so surprising about this? The vast majority of
cyberattacks on US government and industry websites since the
'accidental' bombing of the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade during the
Kosovo air campaign has been by Chinese individuals as well as by
Chinese government agencies. Chinese military strategy accepts as an
unescapable fact that Red China and the US will have a war in the 21st
century. Not *might*, *will* have a war. It's about time we woke up to
the fact that they believe such a thing and deal with it.
