...? It's a money forwarding service. Stuff like that's been available
for years - centuries, even (Western Union, for one).

Now, if you could move material goods around as easily as money (I don't
mean the paper notes, but money itself - which can be transmitted
electronically), then you'd have something. But this isn't it.
