Does anyone here know whether Durk and Sandy have ever shown any documented
benefits from their various supplement regimens over the years? Admittedly
I've never found the time to get through their thick (and by now most likely
out of date) book. And all I can get from their website and catalogues is
what seems like a "hard sell" for various supplements without any documented
proof of effectiveness.
Durk and Sandy have been at this for a couple decades now. I wonder if
either of them are healthier than average folks their ages who simply eat
sensibly and excersize, without all the expensive (and questionable?)
supplement therapy.
