I searched for extropy, extropian, transhuman and the like at
http://splcenter.org and their outreach site http://tolerance.org and
found nothing. When did the SPLC declare extropians racist? They do
keep lists, and we aren't on them.

Wild exaggeration. I've never heard _anyone_ claim that slaves built
America exclusively or that "we" owe their ancestors everything "we"
have. URLs please.
I'm no fan of the SPLC or slavery reparations, but I see no reason to
misrepresent either.
