I don't think so. The word 'racist' implies prejudice beyond
any facts. It does not simply mean 'emphasis' on race. If it
did then even the word 'caucasian' would be a 'racist' term.
Which would be incredibly silly and meaningless. Racism, real
racism, is very ugly. We should not define it away into triviality.
