Re: Illegal evidence, was grim prospects

What usually happens, when the thugs in blue can't
easilly stumble across necessary evidence, is that the
illegal means are used and then either some other
source for the evidence is claimed or invented, or
charges are piled on, intimidating the victim into
copping a plea. The recent news - this past week -
out of Texas, where hundreds of innocent Mexican
nationals were apparently frightened into pleading to
crimes they never committed, is really not that
unusual. You've never experienced it? RU by any
chance white? ... affluent?

Of course, the recent Supreme Court decisions re
search and seizure have pretty well opened the barn
doors for every horse of police intimidation and
terror, so that, who knows?, much of the illegal
manufacturing of evidence may foregone as it is so
easy to justify going through anyone's possessions now
with a fine-tooth comb.

Around my private office in Santa Ana, vandalism is
virtually an everyday affair, and stripped vehicles
are dumped by the local car thieves in the back
parking lot every so often. Naturally, I park my
motorcycle on the concrete landing right in front of
my door. Even so, it - or its predecessor - has been
knocked over or otherwise vandalized on average about
every couple months over the past ten years.

Not only are the cops of no use whatsoever in stopping
this, but now these useless jerks are starting to yell
at me to get my bike off the sidewalk as I'm moving it
to the street. I've already gotten one ticket for a
brief period when we had high winds locally and I laid
the bike down deliberately across my steps to keep it
from being blown over.

Only a couple inches of the bike projected over the
wide sidewalk, and the foot traffic is very light, but
I was ticketed nonetheless. However, I suspect that
this latest round of harrassment - suddenly cops are
circling the building through the parking lot and
pointedly studying my every move as I shoot the bull
with my printer neighbor from an adjoining unit - is
probably due to something else.

I contacted a friend who is an avid Green last week.
In fact, she was listed as one of the ten most
dangerous people in Orange County a few years back by
the irreverent "OC Weekly." My reason for contacting
her was not political, but I gave her my various
addresses, and last weekend solicitations from
organizations like "Doctors Without Borders" showed up
in my box at Anthony L. Hargis & Co., a free market
trust offering accounts in gold, similar to a bank.

Paranoia? Maybe that's a good idea. Check out
thelaw.com and their story on mail cover. Seems that
the bludgies have stepped up their reading and
collating of addresses - to and from - off your mail.

ALH&Co, BTW, has been in business for 27 years with
hundreds of libertarian and patriot customers
worldwide, and has successful defeated the BATF and
IRS repeatedly. So, here I am, a known troublemaker,
receiving letters from subversive organizations like
Doctors.. and the organization fighting child sexual
slavery, etc., at the headquarters of a major thorn in
the bludgies side. I expect that my van will be towed
and impounded again on some pretext next, and then
maybe the Fire Dept. will decide to "inspect," etc.
before this is over.

Pass enough laws and remove all the oversight and this
is what you get.
