Welp, that's the claim. One could hide an elephant in ir. Infrastructure,
system scaling, disposal of the eventual sludge (which is at best a salt)...
Remember "electricity too cheap to measure". And remember that cars are not
the predominant cause of CO2 emissions.
A more interesting question is "What does it cost per ton of coal?"
