The symbol existed far longer than the Nazis and white supremists
existed, and in cultures all over the world. It would be a shame if
every (large and small) variation of it triggered a knee-jerk response
in folks of 'Nazi'. That symbol has more examples of peaceful
interpretations through the last 3000 years than the meaning behind
the swastika during the last 100 years.
