I think so, but I can't call it up just now either. Maybe Central P. R. Co. vs Board, 60 Cal 35.
When we follow the money, names like J. D. Rockefeller, Union Tank Co., and J. P. Morgan show up on a recurring basis.
Another research topic is the particular legal "theory" that the military dictator Abraham Lincoln conjured up in his
unconstitutional, total-war conquest of the Confederation. Somewhere in the papers from the Lincoln Administration we may find an
incorporation document for the corporate United States. These papers were going to be released a couple years ago from the National
Archives, unfortunately, somebody changed sombody's mind. So they still remain sealed national security secrets one hundred thirty
seven years later. Hmmmm.
