It's real, and it's not new. Most EULAs give total control over your
computer to the software company. Microsoft's agreement gives them
permission to download and install software onto your system without
your knowledge. This is common practice in the industry, but not well
known. Even in my security business, I can't get customers interested
in this stuff.
