Today's "Nouvel observateur" (a French weekly with 600,000 copies) has
a two pages article (p. 108) about the Martinot couple story. I'm
quoted to say:
I would consider it very shocking for the Justice to forbid the
deployment, in a private frame, of this choice of cryo-suspension.
It bothers no one. One is not forced to do it. But one must have
the right to be frozen, like one has the right, say, to do water
skiing. It is not the State's business. [my translation]
The rest of the article is unfortunately "not very good in my
opinion". I failed to interest the journalist to various important
points (but at least I got one point across).

The good thing is the lawyer confirmed to Nouvel Observateur that he
would go up to the "Cour européenne des droits de l'homme" if needed.
