Having spoken to the founder of CAG before, I'd note that he has a "publish
it your damned self if it's such a good game, like what I did" attitude. He
has more games than he knows what to do with floating around in his head,
and more power to him.
SJG is scaling down operations at the moment, as I recall. OTOH, they're
publishing a transhumanist RPG.
