All the articles say the principle investigator, Rusi P. Taleyarkhan,
is at ORNL. Also the (failed) attempt at replication by different Oak
Ridge researchers involved using the same equipment but bringing in a
different radiation detector, as described in the PDF articles linked
from http://www.eurekalert.org/static.php?view=taleyarkhan. So I assume
from this that the actual experiment was at Oak Ridge as well.
