Source is Cooper / PowerStor. Not sure about inductance as such. The ESR is
really an impedance, I believe; rated for AC at 1Khz. How much faster a rise
time do you need?

I got the samples a while ago, and they were appraently handmade; they cost me
$25 apiece. If they're actually in quantity production now, perhaps the price
has gone down.
