Dear Colleagues:
In 1998 I stepped forward with a claim that I had an idea of how to make
a molecular computer, which would have an architecture of a
3-dimensional neural network and asked if anybody could help me with
making this device (for example, by making me a job offer). The most
important help I have received from several people was a suggestion to
publish at least something on this topic. Since work on a molecular
computer was not related to my main job, it took a little while before I
was able to write anything. Fortunately, by now the writing is finished
and you are welcome to take a look at the Proposal of this project
published on
Any comments about this Proposal and help with starting up that Project
or some of its parts (especially in a form of job offer) will be greatly
appreciated. Hope that you will enjoy reading that document.
Sincerely yours,
Dr. Mikhail Redko
