The energy release is based on E=mc^2. c^2 is about 9E16 m^2/s^2.
m would be .002 kg (assuming we react 1 g of antimatter with 1 g
of matter). This gives 1.8E14 Joules. According to an online unit
converter I found, that would be about 43 kilotons.
