It's highly debatable that any of those programs are creative but
if you grant that they are then you would have to reason to believe
they were non-sentient. After all sentience is much easier to
achieve than creativity.

By the way, a computer generated poetry program is far easier
to make than a computer generated adventure story program,
people don't expect modern poetry to make any sense but they
demand more in a good thriller.
