I'm in the process of getting a new insurance policy, I'm not
convinced on calorie restriction besides it hampers weighttraining,
nutrition is first rate and I see the Doc consistantly. (don't
forget the dentist!)
Looks like a good start on the Extropian Longevity Protocol here...
