I don't know if this will rain on your parade or not, but did
that study count blacks in jail? Unfortunately, the "American
way" is decidedly anti-capitalist in the way it treats
entrepreneurs who provide products and services it doesn't
approve of, like sex and drugs, and the government is rather
selective in enforcing this anti-capitalist bias.
