Damien, as far as I am concerned, your topic of discussion is *completely*
relevant. I may not agree with your views on this (though I am very
concerned to figure out effective ways to improve access of poorer people
to life-sustaining and extending medical treatments), but I can't see how
it can possibly be off-topic.
Back when we had stricter and *different* rules, your POV may have been
inappropriate to the List, but those times are long past.
