Listen to what I'm saying:
Of course the Oz government will get the other 50% out of *someone*, a
whole range of someones in fact, but on a sliding scale according to their
capacity to contribute a little something to the poorest.
The lucky sick old Americans will have their rebate paid for by everyone
else who buys Pfizer products, but in this case the poorer purchasers are
making a far larger proportional contribution to the rebate.
Unless it's true that this generosity is indeed paid, as was suggested, as
a gratuity from the pockets of the stockholders.
