The prefrontal lobes are involved in planning, period. Damage to the
frontal lobes impairing planning and self-control has also been known
about, for over a century, I believe. Whatever original discovery this
researcher made, it didn't make it into the press release.

Again, I think this is probably an instance of the generic headline
"Researcher Asked To Explain Complex Discovery; Press Release Author
Misunderstands Completely." Use of the term "X-rays" is further evidence.
