Amara,
But Hurley and Dobson make the point that the Enneagram type is also
diagnostic. We all have the ability to use the full spectrum of personality
types or skills but the Enneagram tells us which we overuse and which we
slight. They also tell us that on the job we tend to do what we have to do
but that off the job is when our personality shows itself.
Fours tend to spend too much time inside their skulls and slight their
ability to get things done. A seven slights their ability to deal well with
relationships.
