I am not quite sure what you are saying, but there are some people who are
saying that CJD may be rampant in human populations, but because of the size
of the human brain (?), it often takes a long time for the disease to become
apparent. So therefore even though I may die of cancer at age 80, I may
still have CJD, and HOPEFULLY it is not still ravaging my brain while I am
in the dewar. I wouldn't think it would at LN2 temps, but what about the
newly proposed higher temps for storage of vitrified brains?
