Sure but my point was that we may have a bunch of just such
tech on the shelf ready to go. It hasnt been revealed yet
since each new conflict brings out the war material that
has been developed in the past several years. Secrecy
makes battle systems more effective, since potential enemies
would not know how to exploit the weaknesses inherent
in any system.
