Yup, that was my first thought too as I considered the downsides of
nuclear obliteration of an entire country, especially a landlocked
country bordering some nations we're supposedly friends with.
Hey, how 'bout 'Bible Bombs'??? Two-stage conventional devices that
release cheaply printed bibles on the way down. Peasents in shock and
grief over the bombing of their dirt-poor village would find answers
fluttering down from heaven a few minutes after the bombs hit.
