It will be up to us all to point out ot our elected officials
that the primary failing of Western intelligence is the
over-reliance on sigint and the underreliance on humint.
Furthermore, that we will not give up our civil liberties
that our forefathers died for in order to protect our society,
because in that analysis either way our society is destroyed.

All us smarties on this list and elsewhere need to present
solutions which balance security and freedom. This is already
happening on several e-lists...
