I find this highly suspect. It is alleged that this is reported by
Justice Souter, as I recall, which I find doubtful, given Souter's well
published distain for making ANY public statements outside of actual
published SCOTUS opinions, and he looks distainfully upon other justices
who think that out of court speechifying is okay behavior, and he also
feels that reporting on the actions of other justices in court to be
beyond the pale.
