Presentation on future of senior citizens

Future and present, though the facts on the present are what some
people think might only be possible in the future. Some interesting
data, *especially* in regards to the likelihood of increased funding
for stuff that counters age-related degradation of quality of life.
(And maybe source for jokes about "everyone and his mother", given the
author of this piece... ^_-)

I won't forward list discussion to her. Also, I'm trying to convince
her to write this up more fully for submission to, say, Wired...if
anyone has pointers to useful data for that, especially recent data not
commonly known (that could give the article more of a tone of "new
info", which those magazines look for), she might appreciate that.
