Given the context of the US and Mexican economies and migration patterns at
the moment, I found Brian's statement rather clear and inoffensive. Clear as
in clearly shorthand for "if we didn't have all those poor and uneducated
immigrant from Mexico moving here we'd be in a real shortage of labor", which
I hope you would find inoffensive.
