Hey, I've got an idea. Let's reshape the economy so that stock prices go
up forever and there are only unending booms instead of busts.

You can't wrest control away from the evil corporations. They never had
control in the first place.

Nobody possesses the tools, the power, or the understanding to shape the
economy to "fit human needs". If it was that easy, there wouldn't be any
such thing as a bear market.
