Another thing these statistics show is that a greater proportiong of males
than females find themselves in the underclass which commits most crimes (and
whole members are most easily caught and convicted). It would be interesing to
normalize the statistics for primary educational background.

What do we do about gender skewing? Ninety-five percent of prisoners are male.
