But grasshopper, the boll weevil is not a brainwashed believer. The boll
weevel has read Isaiah: "Let us reason together saith the Lord...." and
the boll weevil has read Asimov as quoted earlier. Asimov pushed his
scientific statements to their limit and in so doing showed the limit of
his faith in science. So the boll weevil has faith in a metaphysics beyond
physics or science.
