Nope, your free to go to a different housing association or an area without
such an arrangement. Id hardly call a "contract" chains, unless you want to
contract with the parties to buy the property and then try to break the
contract stipulations. And just because you've heard an argument before,
doesn't automatically make you right. So ho-humming isn't really a valid
retort. If it is, hell... Ill try it too. Ho hum!
