Yes. The first G-5 summit, at Rambouillet (1975), was very different,
and more balanced. This one is oversized. The US delegation, in example,
is composed of 650 people. What are they doing?
Mr. Berlusconi spoke about the G-8 *plus* a delegation of the rest of
the world. That's a nonsense, to me. A second UN?
