Build pressure tubes around the apartment buildings. I've noticed in my
visits to Vancouver that there are many apartment buildings that are
quite narrow and tall. You could build a plexiglass wall around them,
level by level as the sea level rises. The undersea views will increase
the property values of the lower levels as reefs grow on the sea bed....
