Yes and furthermore, in the current epoch, black holes are not
evaporating at all, they are growing because the density
of ordinary matter in the visible universe is sufficiently high.

Hmmm, I dont think I understand the question. Scot Stride seems
to be saying that since the objects are making transits at extremely
high speed, this implies the cluster has higher mass than the visual
signature would indicate? The mass of the planetlike object wouldnt
matter for transition speed.

I need to study this more before I comment further. spike
