For the "god" question, you could ask "which one?" I call myself a skeptic,
but then there are religionists who call themselves skeptics, too ... you
know, they're skeptical of other people's beliefs. I agree with you about
the "incomprehensible question" part, but there are many words and concepts
for things that don't exist (for some of the following, "until proven
otherwise"): soul, ghosts, visitors from another planet, leprechauns,
mermaids, Santa Claus, etc. I feel I have to come down to the level of the
mythical playing field to talk to the children at play (yeah, that's kind of
an supercilious way of putting it, but that's how I feel) - or use these
concepts (Santa Claus) as metaphors. You know, most of us use
incomprehensible-question sources, often without knowing it. For example,
many of us say "Good Bye," which derives from an old greeting "God be with
you ..."
