Recipe for getting high:
1) Take a mountain bike and ride for 20 miles to the top of the
nearest mountain range (3 000 m).
2) Continue riding on top of that mountain range for some hours,
touching the wide open blue sky, until you are sure that nothing is
higher than you.
3) Fly down the mountain for the next 10 miles, using the brakes as
little as possible.
