Actually Bill this was posted on exi-freedom, not extropians, but
anyway....
I wasn't aware of anyone advocating economic strangulation of
China, more like an economic-kick-in-the-nuts.
This encroachment by China on the Philippines, if true, would play
completely into the administration's hands. I could imagine the
government of the Philipines amongst others would look for closer
ties, and it would give the president all the edge he needed to
build more Sea Wolves...
