Yeah, but if it could help the libertarian agenda, I'd argue that my
grocery receipts were ballots. Why should I care about voting protocol
when the one-person-one-vote premise is itself so questionable?

Selfishly, I don't care right now what the Republicans did in Florida,
because I live in California. I highly doubt that a Gore administration
would give much resistance to our Governor's attempt to outlaw any market
correction of the energy shortage, through "fair price" ceilings.
