Sorry. I think that I stared at it too long, or edited
it too much. Some English grammarian will probably be
able to tell me that the three words (gerunds?), "thinking",
"enjoying", and "experiencing" --- all meant to describe
matter that has reached a certain desirable stage --- really
aren't being used consistently here.
Ahem. "All matter in the universe, to the greatest degree
possible, should evolve the capacity to think and to enjoy."
