I agree. I also take virtually all of my micronutrients in pill form and
use food just to provide macronutrients. I don't rely on any food diet to
give me all my nutrients. I maintain my veggie diet to avoid components of
meat rather than to gain components of veggies. Anybody who wants a
healthier diet can continue to eat meat and still implement the four steps
above.
