I have never taken antidepressant drugs so I cannot compare the
experiences, however I will state concretely from personal
experience that a non-drug induced state of "enlightenment"
produces the same results (if I'm mapping your statements onto
my experiences correctly).

Enlightenment allows one to split the experience and shift between
the individual "experiencing" the experience and the individual
"having" the experience.

Its a small wonder that the guards outside the temples of enlightenment
through which one must pass go by the names of "confusion" and "paradox".
