Well...there's a number of convertors for Excel->CSV->Java, but I think
you wanted ways of preserving the scripts too, right? These aren't
*quite* convertors, but...

Someone, somewhere, has *gotta* have solved this problem before.
Though I'm not sure there will be that many - Excel is not a
"programming language" in the same sense as Java, at least in many
minds, so not that many people think to convert between the two. Or
maybe a better set of search terms would bring up better results.
