I agree. We don't want to be labeled. Sadly, we will be labeled
uncritical cheerleaders regardless of absolutely anything we say or do
about it, so we should consider carefully whether we want to trade off our
emotional energy or memetic appeal in exchange for whatever small variance
in public image is due to our actual behavior...
Did I just say "we should consider carefully"? I meant to say "we don't
want to do that".
