Happy to oblige!

However, the dictionary entry is misleading. The general vernacular
usage in the UK means any unpleasant and/or stupid individual, usually
male. The sexual origin is largely forgotten, and it can be quite widely
heard in TV programmes (in a way that the "C" word would not). I have
never once - in a wide experience of billingsgate - heard it applied to
a woman.
