Would you be willing to bet your life that a 20 year old murdering sociopath will not
escape sometime in the next 40 years or so? Do you really think that for 40 years
this fellow will really not have any contact to other human being, not even guards or
other prisoners? If so is imprisonment really the humane alternative to execution?
